I could not be happier with Main-Care Energy. Called at 7 pm with a furnace issue and they showed up at midnight, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Thank you for your quick and efficient service!

Had a great relationship with them until one day they claimed a fuel oil delivery that hadn't happened. End of season, tank still empty, but not getting used. They send me a bill in June for this and then roll up and take away the 200 gallons of propane from a separate building that I didn't get from them. They claimed to credit the account that I didnt owe, charged a fee for taking it, and on that account? Not even market price. All the while forwarding that account to collections. They were great until that point, at which time they became a massive liability. Don't risk it, just find someone else.

I have been a satisfied customer since December of 1984. Your customer service is outstanding, I'm treated as a partner! Your service technicians always do an expert job cleaning my oil burner. Plus you also get us the best price for oil and propane!

Everyone at Main-Care.. Vicky, Brian, Randy and Will were extremely helpful and professional with our new boiler. Big shout out to Will for coming from the Capital District 90 mins south to the Hudson Valley at 3:15 am to fix a minor problem with our boiler. He was VERY professional and kind.

4 giant booms and the house started to fill with smoke. We learned later that it was steam, not smoke. We called 911 and the fire department came out and told us what they thought the problem was and we should Main Care. So at 10:30 pm I called them and they were at my house before 11:30 and the furnace was fixed just before 12pm midnight and the very nice young guy was hopily on his way home I'm sorry I didn't get his name, but he was very professional and pleasant young man. I have been with Main Care before it was Main Care in Newbugh and you guys have always been here for me, in all 4 houses and just want you to know that I appreciate your help when needed and just your pleasant manner of everyone I speak to. Thank you!
