Very impressed! I called Mark at 4:45pm on a Tuesday and he was at my door by 5:30pm the same day. He offered a clear explanation of options, provided a catalog of choices and wrote up an extremely fair estimate on the spot! His crew was at my house the following morning. I am totally impressed with the speed of service, professionalism and quality of work. I love my new door and am almost glad my daughter drove into the old one! THANK YOU Main Street Door! Perfect, attentive installation and service. Mark & Tony came out right away when a roller and emergency stop broke on this heavy door in April. They had a new motor installed & operating same-day. Over the last week the door wasn't staying closed. I called Mark last night & Tony was here this morning. One of the sensors had apparently gotten pushed. Note this: if the sensor light is blinking, the sensor is out of alignment! Thank you Mark & Tony!

A package delivery person drove into and smashed our existing door at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. I called Main Street Door shortly thereafter, got the owner Mark on the phone, and explained the situation. He was at my house the next morning (Saturday) at 8:00 am! We talked about replacing the door with the same door I had had - the classic, no frills door - and the options to add on with windows and hardware. I hesitated until Mark showed me a sample of what was possible and I am so glad I did the upgrade. The door went from being an overly barren utility door to a focal point of the curb appeal! Can't say enough good things about Mark, his team and the job they did.

We are extremely happy with Main Street Door. Mark was out the same day we called. He recommended replacement doors and gave us a quote that we were very happy with and said they would be installed in two weeks. They were installed on time. The installer Mike was very pleasant, courteous, and even made the thirty year motors (which weren't being replaced) run better. It was an overall excellent experience with no hassle whatsoever.
