EXCELLENT! Bought new (used) car with only 1 key fob. Had no idea what do for a spare. Local dealership quoted outrageous price for fob. Portland-area locksmith recommended this company for auto key. First telephone call=patient, knowledgeable service-person. Booked appointment. Alec was great! Ordered my key. Arrived sooner than expected. Booked second appointment to program it. Alec knew exactly what to do and put up with my endless questions--even taught me a few things! Total cost was FAR less than dealership. SO impressed with this business! Highly recommend. We would highly recommend Maine Locksmith Services! They were great to work with and provided awesome communication throughout our entire purchase process. (They re-keyed/installed keypad levers and a deadbolt for our home as well as doing some other repairs onsite). They came fully prepared and even had extra items on their truck that I realized we needed last minute. They were very efficient, professional and personable. Will be using them again for any locksmith needs!

There is nothing worse than locking yourself out of anywhere. There is nothing better than having a locksmith like Kirk, drop what he’s doing on a Sunday afternoon to come and help you. That’s exactly what happened to us. How can you top that kind of service and kindness? You can’t. He was getting ready to eat Sunday afternoon burgers but he jumped in his vehicle and came right over. Also because of that, we will be using their retail store to get a few new items for the house.
