We had such a great experience working with MainStay. They handled both the design and build of our outdoor space, and everything came out even better than we expected. They were incredibly easy to work with and took the time to understand our vision - what I thought would be overwhelming they made feel simple and effortless. The quality of their work is exceptional, everything is thoughtfully maintained, and we’ve gotten so many compliments since they finished. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. I would absolutely recommend them and look forward to future projects.

As a visitor on a property where Mainstay was that day, I witnessed crew leaders speaking disrespectfully and rudely about their own employees. It was uncomfortable to hear and gave a very poor impression of the company. Prior, I was thinking about using them but after this incident, I’ve recommended all of my friends and clients steer clear. I can’t support a business that engages in that behavior and I don’t recommend them to anyone. Do better. *Update to company response: it seemed to be the gardening supervisors in June/July, I’m unable to share the property’s address as it is a client of mine
