came out through our warranty company to look at the ducts. tech had an attitude the whole time because he could locate the house and also had an attitude cause we have dogs in the house which we were trying to put away when he arrived. told us he didn’t know what the problem was and just adjusted the air flow. all that did was make the only room in the house that had air not have air. took the side skirt off my house, then left it and then didn’t put it back on. they are refusing to take accountability and wont come back out to put it back on and just blaming us.. wish i looked at the reviews first before they came out- they seem to do terrible work.

Jackson was incredibly friendly, kind, and quick with his work on our HVAC system. From simple annual maintenance to new install work, he did a great job.

We are completely satisfied with the service we received from Majestic Custom Construction Inc. They were prompt, professional and personable. We contacted our home warranty service company late in the afternoon. Majestic called first thing the next morning and scheduled service that day. Michael arrived on time (at the beginning of the service time window) and texted to let us know he was on the way. He recognized the problem quickly, solved it, checked to make sure everything was operating properly and explained what we can do to prevent it happening again. Both Michael and the office scheduling person were friendly, easy to work with.

This company has some kind of shady arrangement with warranty companies (in my case, American Home Shield). They worded my estimate to replace my AC system and bloated it in a way that the warranty company only had to pick up a small portion of the cost. They would not work or negotiate with me on it. Then they pressured me and the warranty company when I asked for a second estimate, assuring me over and over I would not find a better price for an estimate. Guess what? I easily found two more affordable estimates from companies with better reviews/reputations who offered much better customer service, too.

Worked with Majestic in conjunction with my home warranty. They tried to fix the blower motor but it needed full replacement. Instead I chose that it was time to replace the 20+ year old unit. It was ordered on a Monday and installed by Thursday. Kenny, the tech was quick and efficient and did a wonderful job. I wouldn't mind working with Majestic again, even if not chosen by my warranty.
