Excellent customer service, sales, and communication. Mixed review on the quality of the installation. I was connected with Majestic through my home warranty company. A Majestic technician diagnosed that my current furnace was at end of life, and required replacement. Bennett and Dylan promptly advised me of pricing, and navigating warranty coverage. They were very knowledgeable, and were able to schedule me as soon as the very next day, which was New Year's Day no less. The installation team showed up on time, and completed the job within the window. However they must have either broken or discarded the drain line to the whole house humidifier, because the replacement they installed did not fit and could not be made to fit. I would definitely NOT recommend using this company. It has been 10 days since I first contacted Majestic Custom Heating and Air Conditioning to fix a stuck zone valve on my boiler. After the initial visit the technician diagnosed the issue and ordered some parts. After setting up a follow up visit for the repair the technician failed to show up and I was not notified of the no show. After calling they said he was out sick (still should have gotten a call or sent another technician). I had to schedule another appointment for the following day, after 30 min past the time of the appointment I called and they said he was running behind and would be heading my way soon. Fast forward 3 hours nobody shows up I call again and they said sorry he is actually leaving now, fast forward another 2 hour

The technician that worked on my furnace was very thorough. He found the problem 2 other HVAC companies and technicians missed. He found 2 problems 2 other companies missed, actually. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my many, many questions. He tolerated my dog in the way too :) I like how respectful he was of my space and my pets.

I have a 66 year old boiler that was not heating well in one of three zones. My technician checked every heat vent in the house and bled the pipes in the zone needed. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about boilers. I appreciated the heat this last week during a cold snap. I used my home warranty for this service.
