We recently purchased a new spa from Majestic Pools & Spas and the entire experience was truly exceptional. Working with Tracy was frictionless - communication was clear, timely, and helpful without ever feeling pushy. She listened to what we were looking for and guided us to the exact model that fit our needs. Her product knowledge was top-notch, and she made sure we had all the information necessary to prep for delivery, which took a lot of stress off our end. The delivery itself deserves special mention. The crew arrived exactly when scheduled and you could tell immediately that they were experienced professionals. Poor experience with this company. Would not recommend after my installation experience. Sent detailed pictures of the job, was confused with other clients, then on the day of the install they were completely unprepared for the project. Install failed after 3 months. Haven’t opened my pool since. Really disappointed from start to finish after a decade of buying supplies here. I did not reach out to the company to address this.

Majestic did an amazing job on our inground pool, especially considering the challenges of working in the city of Hudson. The pool has been in for two summers now, and it was absolutely worth it. The entire team at Majestic is knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with—huge shoutout to Sean, Tracey and team for their exceptional service!

These guys are great, top notch customer service. The manager was especially helpful when I was in a few days ago to pick up chemicals for our hot tub.

Amber was awesome helped me and my husband , very professional, easy and simple. First time coming will definitely recommend to others.
