The whole process, from the initial visit, to the taking down of the dead trees, to the planting of new trees was a positive experience. All work was written in a detailed proposal along with pricing so there was never a surprise. The job itself was done professionally with the staff advising us and keeping us updated to their process. To us it was a huge undertaking to have these beautiful old dead oaks removed, and to have it accomplished with no added trauma to the area and trees surrounding it was amazing.
