Heron was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived at an after hours emergency call and saved the day. Yellow jackets are not fun when they arriving in your home - especially because we have a toddler and an infant. We were a bit hysterical. His calm demeanor and willingness to educate us left a very good impression. Even vacuumed up the pests once they were exterminated! Thomas pest control guarantees their service. This is one of the reasons we’ve stayed with them. It took a total of three visits outside of our normal schedule to take care of the issue, and we did not have to pay any additional funds. That is huge. I would highly recommend.

I found the reviews in that private group to be very accurate so decided to switch because I became dissatisfied with the company I had been using for the past several years. Two inspectors came and did a very thorough walk-thru inside and outside. They took a lot of time to review their findings with no pressure. I asked a lot of questions and they were extremely patient. We arrived at an affordable plan of action and I felt a HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF 🙂! We are very happy with the services we received today. Steven arrived on time, did a thorough inspection, and found points of entry missed by another pest control company which were corrected. All I can say is he was outstanding.

This company is run very professionally. We have monthly service. They call when they are coming. My concerns are always addressed in a friendly and courteous manner. And their treatments are effective.
