Major League Moving

Everything was wonderful when Simon was interested in my business as he he came highly recommended however, my furniture was left on its side in the middle of my construction on a concrete floor, I was charged a hoist fee without any pre-approval or proof of a hoist, my master bed headboard leg was broken in 2 and hidden in a box, and I was conveniently not provided a walk through by Simon who was onsite. However, none of which are my issue. My issue solely is that when I brought any of this up to Simon and requested a reconsideration of the up charge considering I did not require my guest bed to be delivered because I sold it he treated me like I was garbage to him and attempting to “extort” money from him and made no apology for his lack of care for my things or any thanks for the $200 t

Simon is unprofessional. He agrees to a set price for a one room move, and agreed to change days, “no problem” was the reply. A day later texts us we owe him $250 for changing the date, and we must give him40%. Mind you, we are a prior customer. We called to confirm and he harassed us over the change fee which we had no idea that was a thing. Pure extortion to gauge us the day of our move. Suffice it to say, He did not show for our move leaving us hanging. We refused to be extorted in paying a BS change fee and give 40% deposit when he agreed to a cash price to be paid the day of. He continues to call and leave harassing and threatening voicemails. We have filed a complaint with BBB and will be filing a harassment proceeding with the authorities if he doesn’t stop

I had to make an emergency move in order to take advantage of a great deal presented to me in a new apartment. Major league moving was there for me when I needed, and i couldn't be happier with the service that I got. Simon and Leonard were the ones who personally took care of me. I showed them where everything was, and where I wanted it to go. They did exactly what I asked them to, with speed and efficiency. In an afternoon I had officially moved out all my furniture. I Highly Recommend Major league moving company ! very responsive , great guys.

Great service and easy to deal with! I got in contact with this company a few days before my move, and they acted quickly to schedule and accommodate my needs. They showed up on time, were quick and very efficient; they wrapped my items and moved them carefully ( down 3 flights of stairs , and then back up 1 more in my new place ) and did not waste any time. Everything was priced as quoted and stress free for a quick and easy moving experience. Major League Moving was very professional, well priced, and very easy to work with. From start to finish they provided great service - I highly recommend them !

Simon and his team were fantastic, they were professional and courteous the whole way through, they were on time, they treated all of our stuff as if it was their own, probably even better than their own. We put our trust in Simon and his company truly delivered, 11 out of 10 would recommend them and will never use anyone else again. They set the standard for moving and are in a league all their own.
