I received a notice from The HOA that my roof needed to be leaned or fines and assessments would commence. I cleaned myself with pressure washer and spray two moths ago but apparently that wasn't good enough for the HOA. I hired Mallard while being out of state at the time and they were nothing but responsive and professional. They explained process and ensured I would get a deposit email Monday morning and for sure I did as promised. I reached out late Friday and coordinated and scheduled for a Tuesday. They completed work today and it look amazing. The before and after pictures are great!! Thanks for the professional process and the amazing job done on the roof. I would recommend to anyone, and no doubt will tell everyone about the great experience. Job well done!!!

The team at Mallard Systems was stellar from start to finish! The quoting process was seamlessly performed remotely and the amount charged was competitive with other offers we have received in the past. I loved how I was able to communicate with them via text and email as needed. The team showed up on schedule and performed the job flawlessly. We had our entire home soft washed and also had our hardscape pressure washed across the entire property. Our home is spotless! They were even gracious enough to move some heavy future in the backyard that I wasn't able to move before they arrived. All around, we're super happy and will absolutely hire them again!

It is refreshing to have a service that does exactly what they promise to do. I was contacted the day prior to my scheduled service date that confirmed what time the crew would arrive. The crew arrived when they said they would. They were very caring to make sure that our plantings were taken care of properly. Our roof now looks like it is brand new instead of 7 years old with lots of mildew and mold. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves and walked the area to ensure that I was happy with the work. The photos tell the story!
