When planning the remodel of our kitchen we evaluated 7 contractors and chose Manchen because they had proof of their prior successful projects and the lead contractor David Lior was eager to win the business but not overbearing. We were pleased to see that pattern continue during the work itself as David led an extensive team to do what we expect a professional contractor to do: offer ideas and expertise, perform quality work, and drive through obstacles to keep the project moving amid several frustrating hurdles and delays caused by a long HOA approval process as well as the various required government permits (building, electrical and plumbing). Through the process they were honest and open and collaborative. We chose colors, materials and designs with their expert guidance and input.

These guys did a great job. I got my dream kitchen and a great bathroom, mostly within the budget. I worked with David who was responsive, nice, detail oriented and professional. Would definitely use them again for my next home project.
