Mancilla Roofing & Construction

I have been using Mancilla roofing for all of our roofing needs for years. They have installed a new residential and commercial roof for us. They have also preformed a couple of repairs. They are always very responsive, and they stand behind their work. I recommend them to everyone I know.

These guys just did all the roofs in my building. They showed up at the crack of dawn, and they only left when it started to get dark I saw them take one break I was in shock at how efficient and how hard-working they all are I am beyond pleased of my new roof. Best contractor ever! We had such delays with our insurance company and they were patient with us till the end. They finished our roof in less than a day and it looks fantastic. They also don’t upsell you on unnecessary repairs and are very cost affordable. They repaired our rotting sideboards around our dormers before the roof replacement and was the only company willing to take the job. Very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them and will only use them in the future.

By far the best experience with a contractor from start to finish. My home needed a quite a bit work; Roof replacement, soffit, fascia gutters replacement, siding repair, deck rebuilt etc. (every item in bad shape). I started with the roofing companies and after much time spent researching the many businesses out there (reviews, business registrations; BBB (A+) etc.). 5 made the cut. The larger roofing companies informed me how reputable they were and the brand of roofing materials they exclusively offered and were able to supply me contacts for the other services I needed. However, the Estimates were a bit shocking. I then contacted Mancilla Roofing and Construction a local business (long time reputable company with positive reviews, A+ BBB, etc.). Our new roof looks fantastic, and the quality of work is top-notch. The crew was respectful, efficient, and left the site spotless. We’re very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or construction work.
