We called Manitowoc Heating to check our gas fireplace that wasn’t working and to also instal a smart thermostat. Our tech, Mike, showed up on time, actually a little early, and was super nice and knowledgeable. We are so happy that we found a reputable company for future issues, since we are new to the area. Also, the woman that we spoke to on the phone (can’t remember her name), is super friendly. Nice company to do business with.

We have been loyal customers of Manitowoc Heating & Refrigeration for over 20 years. They provide friendly, professional service at a reasonable cost. The team has been genuinely interested in repairing HVAC systems in 5 of our houses. We have purchased 3 new systems over the past 10 years and have had no issues with their products. Repairs to the older systems were inexpensive, but due to their age, needed to be replaced to ensure reliability.

Our furnace went out on NYE, and it was very cold out. We called Manitowoc Heating and a guy came out that very day. He told us we could not legally operate our furnace, as it has shut itself off as a safety precaution. He loaned us 3 portable heaters! Then our new furnace was installed on January 2, 2026. The two young men who worked on it were EXEMPLARY!! I was so very impressed with their knowledge and caring about our safety. I *HIGHLY* recommend Manitowoc Heating for your furnace and central air needs!!

A couple of weeks ago we had the privilege of having Eli and Dominic out from Manitowoc Heating and Refrigeration to update some ductwork on our home. Both men were highly professional, respectful and courteous. All my questions were answered and the work was done with a keen eye for detail. 10/10
