Our back door sidewalk abutting the steps had started to sink, making stepping up or down the last step, a rather deep step. This was becoming unsafe. In just two hours, the slabs were raised and the spaces between were caulked as was around our small patio. We chose the foam over the mud jacking so we could access the use of the steps sooner. The explanations were correct, the area left tidy and I love how it turned out and would recommend Raiserite to anyone.

RaiseRite did an excellent job on leveling our patio and sidewalk. Shawn indicated that he has 15 years of experience in this business, and it was very apparent in his work. He was very attentive to his work. He also provided several suggestions to improve the water flow issues that we have experienced, which we have since implemented. We had one small issue that we contacted RaiseRite about. They were very good about following up. Shawn did an excellent job in addressing this. Overall we are very pleased.

We were very impressed from start to finish. Jim came out and discussed our project with us, giving clear information on how the repairs would be done and was very knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done. Kris kept us informed along the way as to the scheduling period, letting us know that we weren't forgotten. She provided a concise day and time. Sean arrived as scheduled and completed our project. He was very experienced and wasted no time getting to the task at hand, while answering our questions as he went along. We found it very interesting. The project turned out better than we expected and we are so happy with the finished results.
