Booked an appointment on 03/24/2025 for a quote, was supposed to show up at noon on 3/26/2025, was a no call, no show. I know people get busy but at least a call would be great. People move their plans around for this. And I booked with this company because of the reviews. I guess that is not important. update: They called and rescheduled citing they forgot.

Originally asked for a quote on Sept 13, and they were quick to come out and look. Took them 2 weeks to decide if they were going to take my job. I had to inform them that I was in a rush, and that my home owners was cancelled because of these repairs that are needed. She gave me a quote for November and I had to wait 3 weeks to find out they're over booked. Nothing worse than putting someone off because you're too lazy to respond to your customer with a timely quote or never said that they were too busy to take on any new work. Just no reason I should have been made to wait 2 weeks for a quote. You could have quoted it within a few days, not 2 weeks.

Good experience with Nickels. Quoted an external hot tub outlet and did a good job at quoted price. During install, the electrician accidentally drilled through external wall near panel (different location than hot tub outlet, opposite side of house). He asked if he could cover the outside hole with another outlet. It worked out fine for me because I could use that outlet!

I called & they got me in within a day. Electrician had the problem fixed smoothly & quickly. Lynn in the office is super nice & helpful. A great local company to deal with !!!

We upgraded to 200amp service. We received a few estimates and Nichol's Electric came in hundreds under others. Lynn was super at getting us scheduled and coordinating WPS. After having a record spring blizzard, they STILL came and got the job done. Eric and Nick worked steady and were a great team. Finished the house in 7hrs. Even one of the companies owners came by to see how the job was going. We look forward to seeing you again in May to run service to the workshop. #NOSNOW #♥️ NICHOL'SELECTRIC
