I am updating by review to a 4.5. As I said the 2 rating was based on the crew's clean-up after they completed the job. The shower installation went good and I am happy with the shower so far. Jeff from Mann contacted me about the clean up issue. They sent someone out to pick up the gravel they emptied along my fence line, they are replacing my shop vac and they made a price concession for the inconvenience. So a long story short they made things right. Mann also a replaced my outside water spickets a little over a year ago and that service went without any issues. I will contact Mann the next time I need plumbing service. They do care about making things right if there is a legitimate issue with their service. I'm rating this as a 2 because of the crew's cleanup. The installation of

We had a leak in a slab foundation that required us to keep the water shut off to the house. Austin, Will, Jordan, Jeff and Dave Mann himself played active roles in reacting quickly to my questions (and anxieties!), pinpointing the issue, maintaining communication, and addressing the issues efficiently and concisely. The job required cutting into the slab, which was done in one afternoon, and included filling in the hole and hauling away the mess. Highly recommend, and would work with again!

We had two pipes burst which required ripping out a damaged drywall ceiling for plumbing assessment. Mann Plumbing was able to come promptly, figure out what was wrong, and then fix the bulk of the problems in two days. In the midst of their work, they determined that the hot water boiler had broken and they were able to replace it at the same time. They were skilled, efficient, friendly, explained what they were doing and cleaned up afterwards. We are very grateful and would definitely call again for our plumbing needs.

Fellow homeowners. It is my pleasure to alert you all to the excellent service my home just received from Jaydon Crafton. He arrived on time, greeted me respectfully and wiped his feet on a welcome matt before he entered my home. I was already impressed. He went immediately to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and and arranged for his colleagues to come with the necessary equipment for the job the very next morning. He went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction and satisfied I was for sure. I enjoyed Jaydon very much and found him to be well versed in his field as well as polite and amicable. Donnie understood just what we needed to make our remodeled shower safe and usable for us. He and his teammate also worked tirelessly to change out and replace our aging sump pump. Donnie explained things to me so that I could understand the process and what we were paying for. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
