Hi. I was about to have back surgery and figured maybe I should have my crumbling concrete exterior steps replaced. So I called M.E. and the friendliest guy ever (Jabez) shows up and gives us a really good price to have a wooden staircase put in. About a week later my wife and I asked to rework the quote with a ramp instead of stairs. Jabez redid it but wanted to keep it within the original price so he really gave us a good deal! They completed the work well within the time frame he had given us and actually came back a couple of times to touch up some minor things that he had noticed at completion. We needed tile snd plumbing repair and replacement work done in our bathroom. We couldn’t find anyone to do the job. Despite having a very busy schedule Jabez was able to fit us in. He did excellent work cutting, putting in missing floor tiles, and replacing damaged wall tiles! He also had to rebuild the flooring to make things level and installed a new 17” toilet. The only problem was over time sewage gas kept seeping into the room. Another plumber came and explained that the plastic bolts that came with the toilet can’t be tightened as tight as metal/brass ones. That was the cause of the gasses seeping up into the room otherwise the toilet install was perfect!
