The Home Depot

I am a plant person and Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop. They have lots of plants to choose from and sometimes you get some good clearance deals!

Great help from associates loading fence panels into my truck (rented from HD!) Quick work on a sunny day plus even exchanged or swapped a panel with some damage! So happy i picked up in person thanks to helpful staff!

The worst customer service. The customer service desk said that they would hold an item for me but never did. When I came into the store I was ignored for several minutes before being greeted or helped. My concern was brushed off. Later, after expressing everything that happened an employee just ignored me and never spoke to me. If ignoring customers is what you're looking for, this is the store for you. If you want good customer service from Home Depot, there's plenty of other stores that provide it but not this one.

Home Depot is Home Depot but the North Windham Home Depot is super convenient and reduces the number of people that you have to contend with in the area compared to the other Home Depots that are local. They generally have the stuff that you're looking for in stock without long lines and you can get in and get out and back onto your project.

This is the third time I checked online to make sure an item was in stock and the third time I drive there only to find they're out. It's only a 10 minute drive but from now on, anything of $20, I'll drive the 30 minutes to Lowes.
