Potter's Oil Service

We’ve been customers for almost 19 years, and the service has always been excellent. They’ve replaced two furnaces for us (in two different homes), and they are always responsive when we have a heating issue or need quick oil delivery. We’ve never had any problems — customer service is consistently friendly, reliable, and efficient. They usually know my address as soon as I give them my name, which says a lot about how well they know their customers!

Rick & crew are wonderful. We were having a lot of issues with our steam heating system last year (clanging, leaking, radiators not heating). Our old provider kept making it worse and I had been with them for 24 years. I called Potters. Rick and a service tech came out and within five minutes had the issues fixed and systems running insanely well. This year the tech came out to do a tune-up made one adjustment to one radiator (someone shut it off by accident) and every room is toasty warm, no leaks, no clangs! The office staff is so friendly and helpful, the delivery guys great! So happy we made the switch to Potter's Oil Service

I was having issues with my furnace, while they had no obligation to do so, Potters Oil did me a solid on a replacement oil burner. Their oil delivery is also very reliable. One of the many reasons I've been a customer for 30+ years.

Strongly wouldn’t recommend, very unprofessional customer service. Was an existing costumer until I was called a liar over the phone ,person couldn’t seem to fathom that using a wood-stove to heat your house and oil as a back up means you don’t go through a lot of oil. Very disgusted with the whole situation.Will be searching for a new local oil supplier.

BETTER THANTHE BEST. They keep their word. No favoritism, fair, comparable rates. Give them a try - you will not regret it:)
