I've been a customer of Mansfield Oil for 8 years now and I've always been 200% impressed. Keith is one of the most helpful people I know. He has not only come to rescue me from heating issues with my 38 year old boiler several times, he teaches me as he works so I can learn about my house's heating system and take care of future problems before they arise. Keith is an intuitive engineer and takes care of my boiler like it's his own grandma's, even coming the same day when something arises. Five stars! Definitely hire Mansfield Oil.

I called Mansfield Oíl at about 6pm. Keith, a service person, answered the phone directly. I explained that my AC unit was not working correctly. He was friendly, took the contact information and asked me if he could call me in the morning to set up a time to do a service call. I agreed and Keith followed up in the morning and we set up an appointment for 10:30am. Keith arrived on time and did the testing and determined that 2 pounds of frion was needed. He checked the electrical outside and inside the house. Keith answered all my question. Got the job done quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend Mansfield Oil and service pro Keith Sargent II.

Terrible experience over the phone. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude. I just had a few questions since I am a first time home buyer. She was blunt and not helpful at all. I tried asking my questions she wouldn’t listen. I honestly with that experience would never go back to them. Especially if this is the kind of service you can expect to get. Maybe it was just this one disgruntled employee but if she’s the one answering calls then I don’t want to see how the rest of them handle situations especially if it’s a problem from them. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My oil burner stopped working, and I called mansfield oil to see if they could service it. It was going to be 15° and I don’t have any heat plus I am home alone with a one year old. They told me “I didn’t get oil from them for a while so Im not a regular customer and it doesn’t matter if it’s an emergency, they will only service their customers.” I will never get oil from you and I will make sure I tell everyone else not to.

Provided us with a next day service call. The technician arrived at a scheduled time, was knowledgeable and friendly.. answered all my questions. Great service!
