I've used Manny a number of times over the years. I originally found Manny through a friend who hired him and who was very happy with the job he did for her. I first hired Manuel Z Painting late 2017 to paint the ceilings, trim, walls of living room, dining room, stairwell and upstairs hall. I think they also skim coated the ceilings or whatever is used on the ceilings to fix the fine cracks that kept coming back over years, his team did a GREAT job! I was incredibly happy that when I needed a color correction for the color i had picked for the living room/stairwell/hall, I called Manny, again, amazing job. I highly recommend Manuel Z Painting for several reasons. We hired Manuel to paint the exterior of our two story home. Manuel was on time on the very first day and continued to arrive on time for the full two weeks he worked on our home. He was neat and organized in his work and meticulous in his attention to detail. There was no request we made during the project that Manuel or his workers didn't agree to and the additional tasks were done with excellence and care. Our house was prepped perfectly by careful scraping and patch repair as needed. This was followed by touchup primer and then two coats of paint on all cedar shakes, windows and trim. I Highly recommend Manuel Z Painting! Over the past 15 years or so Manny Has painted the entire exterior of my house, several interior rooms, found and fixed leaks in my roof, refinished my kitchen cabinets, replaced trim on my house, rebuilt refinished my kitchen cabinets, replaced trim on my house, rebuilt my entire deck and balcony. Manny is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and very polite! His work is impeccable and he always leaves my property neat and clean upon finishing a project. Found Manny and very satisfied. He painted the foundation of my house as well as the garage. Finished within 4 days. Excellent experience
