A friend on mine referred me to Maple Garage Door Solutions. I called them but can’t remember the name of the person who picked the call. He promised to send 2 technicians in 3 hours time. They called before arriving to let me know they were on their way to my place. They arrived on time adjusted the springs, fixed the problem and also covered a little gap that was at the bottom of the garage door when it was closed. I'll definitely add these guys to my Contacts for future calls.

The work was fine, it is what it is you have to have a broken spring repaired. The tech was nice. My confusion starts with who really did the work. It appears to have come some type of home repair site. I called the number on the Maple Garage Door google page spoke to someone confirmed it was an Algonquin based company. Confirmed again when the tech called. The shock came when the estimated cost was 3 times less than what I was charged.
