I hired Maple roofing to install a new tear-off roof on a house we bought in Warren. Communication was bad from the start. They showed up on a random day without me knowing they were going to start. Luckily we were not living in the home yet. The roof was installed and less than a week later at the first rainfall, water was pouring in from where the addition meets the original house. Originally the house had a flat rubber roof over the addition due to the very low slope of the roof over the addition. Jim talked me into putting shingles on it as he was sure it was steep enough for proper water drainage. Water was pooling and flowing in like you turned on your faucet.
