Mar-Ten Parking Ramp

I give this zero stars. My friend got charged 70 dollars for parking there for two days. We were staying at the Hilton Hotel and was never told about parking in there lot, so we tried this one across the street. Terrible, tried contacting the number but no response from them to see if we could get a refund. Also, stairwell smelled like pee pee! I would avoid this one! It says best rates in town, I would say worst rates in town. False advertising on their part.

Great option for parking. Functional, easy, clean, safe, convenient. Cant ask for more.

If you're reading a review for a parking ramp, its probably too late. They have the best rate for workday parking within 4 blocks that I'm aware of. If you use regularly, get the app, its $8.50 per day. The problem with this garage is that if you pulled a ticket, not scanned with the app, the machines at the exit will not read your credit card. You will be stuck there with a line of cars piling behind you as you desperately try to swipe your card and call the remote attendant hoping they take pity and raise the gate. This can take 5-10 minutes. You can avoid this if you have the app. However if the two cars in front of you don't have the app, you're going to be stuck behind them. I've been stuck here for 15 minutes at a time waiting. Management does not seem to care.

DOWNLOAD THE APP AHEAD OF TIME SO SAVE YOURSELF ANY ISSUES. I got that tip from another review below and it was easy in/out. The app does say that you’ll get a discounted rate for your 1st 5 visits but there are conditions to that. I paid $17.50 for an overnight stay and that saved me from the $55 bucks my hotel was going to charge.

Best deal for parking for Orchestra Hall - two blocks away and 1/3 the price, at least, of anything else. We booked with SpotHero, earlier in the afternoon before a Friday concert, and saved at least about $2 over the posted price (more if there was an event rate, I didn't notice). The QR code we used to enter (from the advance booking) let us out into the building to exit - but we could not figure out a way back in, other than walking up the ramp. I was prepared because I had weirdly actually read these reviews, so yeah - everyone's right. And it does seem weird, wrong, illegal, something - why can't you get back in the ramp in a pedestrian-safe way???
