Marble Valley Stone (TN)

Unfortunately, I won’t be using marble valley stone again. We picked out our granite. They said they needed to order a second slab. Bad weather hit- delivery was delayed for 2 weeks. Within those two weeks, i was never updated unless i called them to ask. When the slab finally arrived (again, the only reason i knew it arrived was bc i called them, they didn’t call me to let me know), it was a different color from the first slab. So after all the delays and waiting, i was going to have to start the process all over. I got a refund and moved on to a different company.

Marble Valley Stone was recommended to me by a friend who is a builder. Will came out and quickly measured and I went to their store a few days later to pick out the granite. Very nice selection...they showed up when they said they would and had everything installed and ready to go in less than 2 hours. Very impressed and the granite looks great! (Not all off the granite and the wood boards are just supporting the sinks until dry).

Just recently had counter tops installed by Marble Valley. They were prompt with our quote and patient while we chose the color we wanted. Sarah, in the office, was very friendly and showed me around the color options. They made sure everything was installed properly and to my satisfaction before sending the final invoice. I would recommend Marble Valley to anyone looking for new counter tops!
