The valet driver broke our driver’s side mirror and didn’t say anything about it. We should’ve done a more thorough check of our vehicle before leaving, but unfortunately, we didn’t. I’ve tried contacting them to file a claim, but they won’t answer and their voicemail box is full. Do not park here!

We parked here for one of our days in DC. The location is great, as it is within walking distance to most everything you would want to see in DC. The attendants were very friendly and professional. The space to pull in from the street is very small, and if there is another car waiting to be parked, you may want to stay out of the garage and wait on the street. We saw multiple cars try to pull in at once, and it created a mess for everyone. The attendant has to retrieve your vehicle from an elevator, so if more than one car comes in, the attendant won't be able to exit the elevator. Like people should try to be with everything in life, BE PATIENT.

Open till 11:00 PM. Attendants are friendly, recognize tenants and will have car ready at requested times. Cars are moved around on elevators and getting your car back can take 10-15 minutes. Always wise to call ahead.

Go anywhere else but here. I'd rate it lower than zero stars if possible. Absolutely the worst. They refused to honor a paid pass with confirmation, telling me to "F off" while claiming they were full.

I have parked here every day for over a year and the attendants are great. I'm not sure what experience others had, but I find everyone to be nothing but helpful, kind and responsive.
