Absolutely terrible business to work with. Replaced the carpet in my parents house and in the process of removing the old carpet, and carrying it out of the house, they rubbed the back side of the carpet across the whole front of my parents car and scratched it. Left their trash everywhere in the yard also. Of course they are denying everything and not owning up to their mistake or covering damages done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Bought carpet through Lowes. Lowe’s bragged on this company stating they were the best installers around. That was a lie. In September of 2024 two installers came, I believe a husband and wife crew. The guy kept spitting loogies off my porch, they took off my bedroom door and did not put it back on, and they chipped a closet door leaving a hole in the door and did not tell me about it. I ended up finding it after they had left. The company did replace the door. Fast forward to January 2025, the carpet is coming up in a doorway and I’ve waited over two weeks for them to come fix it. They gave me a 3 hour time frame, as the time frame was ending I called the office because I took time off work for them to come fix the carpet and it’s now past the 3 hour time frame and I had no call or nothin

The WORST customer service and care I've ever experienced! Besides the lady returning my call on the damage they did to my home calling me a LIAR, she also insulted the professional painter that fixed up our home and said if he was really a professional he would have primed properly first and that damage would not have happened. They completely ruined my base boards, chucked a whole section of my daughters door out, and scraped up the trim on my hallway door to where the entire one side of it looks sanded off and flaked up paint. They only offered me $100 for repairs as a "courtesy" when a new door alone is at least that. Screw the new paint job I got right? Paying $1,600 for a pro to paint everything beautifully. Oh They also deeply dented my wall straight through the drywall portion. Sad

Hired through Lowe's. They showed up and were extremely unprofessional. Marcus and Juan would get EXTREMELY upset about having their pictures taken when "no" would have sufficed. (pictures were intended for a keepsake and to show my friend) They brought a cheap vacuum and my family is sensitive to dust so we offered to vacuum for them with ours and they called it quits. When we tried to keep the carpet that we bought they became aggressive. No swinging of hands but noses came too close for comfort.

Marc's Flooring install was a joke. First of all it took four & a half hours to install carpet in a 13ft. 16ft. basically square bedroom with a 5ft. x 15ft. closet. I live near Branson West, not sure where the installers came from. The carpet purchased was enough to do the bedroom in one continuous piece with a 1ft strip added against the far wall and seam 2 pieces 5ft x 7-1/2 ft in the closet. Had I not told the guy in charge how to do it the other two were going to cut it totally different. God only knows how messed up the bedroom might have ended up. The guys ended up cutting something wrong anyway so they had to do a patchwork 5 or 6 pieces in the closet. I also caught one of the installers using his cell phone to take pictures or video other parts of my home (twice). After th
