I used Marianne's Professional Cleaning service to Deep Clean my 85 year old mother's 3500 square foot home to get it ready for sale. My mom and dad lived in this home for 50 years. She sent a team of five people who did an outstanding job, they are the real deal.The team was efficient, respectful, hardworking, meticulous. The team communicated any questions or concerns throughout the engagement. The old cement basement was pretty disgusting and hadn't been cleaned for a long time. I don't know how they made it look so clean and spotless. They removed fixtures and cleaned them along with washing windows, would work, walls, floors, stove, refrigerator, cupboards, shelves, just a good scrubbing down of the entire house. They accommodate accordingly to each individual job, from option to green clean chemicals and normal chemicals as well. Very accurate quotes, and great communication between staff, and client alike. Friendly and fast, quality of clean is fine, but very expensive for the services received. For $70 per hour/per person ($500 total for a deep clean), we thought would get more items/rooms cleaned and that the clean would be more thorough. My sister got her entire 4-bedroom house cleaned for this much in St. Paul, while we had only our living/dining area, kitchen, one bathroom done. We've never hired a cleaning service before and perhaps we had too high of expectations, but it feels like we were cheated. For instance, the kitchen table top was washed, but the sides and base still have spilled milk on them. Portions of the hardwood floor were washed, but around/under the kitchen table was not (nor dining room floorboards) and the kitchen counter looked good until we moved items and their wer

If I could rate this wonderful business higher, it would be a 10!! They cleaned a friend's apartment that was way beyond filthy from top to bottom. When I walked in there after Marianne's crew were done, ( it took a full crew 2 whole days to clean a one bedroom, bath, living area, & grease & dirt coated kitchen apartment) I honesty did not recognize the place!! It was like new, from top to bottom!! I thought the stove with 3" of crusted food & grease in the oven, & the top was so black we couldn't see the burners, would have to be thrown out & replaced!! That also was like new!! This crew was friendly, hard working, & even friendly when they were totally exhausted after finishing this horrendous job! I would very highly recommend Marianne & her crew to everyone I know! Absolutely awe

If I could rate this company 6/5 stars I would. I had them clean our family cabin, and I I was amazed at the results! Clearly, this company takes pride and the time to ensure their customers are happy. I do not think there is a square inch of our cabin that was not scrubbed thoroughly (including our boat). It felt like a new home! Using any other cleaning company would be a waste of time and money.
