Lots of things to do. Places to eat. Dolphin wayching cruises and sunset cruises. Lots of Parking. Just get there with enough time. Helpful parking attendant. $1 per hour with code. Much cheaper than anywhere close by. Washrooms in the ground floor of the building.

The Clearwater Marine parking experience is an absolute disgrace. From their predatory and unethical practices to their outright rudeness towards both customers and employees, this establishment sets a new low in customer service. Not only do they issue tickets before time is expired, displaying a blatant disregard for fairness, but their treatment of patrons and businesses in the Plaza is appalling. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being treated with disdain and ripped off at every turn. Disgusting behavior like theirs should not be tolerated in any civilized society.

Be careful -scam alert - I paid for 30 minute parking at pay station box on top of two hour parking via Park Mobile online - picture shown. There are signs up in front of spots indicating it is a way to pay for parking. When I contested on the customer service number the lady said this parking is separate and Clearwater doesn’t acknowledge payments to that service. Then he started in with the scare tactics of “do you want to take this to court” Why would there be signs in front of cars offering two hour parking ? Do better Clearwater traffic patrol clowns. Definitely seems like “gotcha” tactic by parking enforcement and hope they make changes in signage so tourists don’t get unfairly ticketed.

Restaurant we went to was good, nice staff. Extremely Predatory parking enforcement. They say to get a code at one of the restaurants for parking meter, but by time we went and got the code and paid at the parking meter, we had been given a ticket by Clearwater. It's disgusting that they essentially ticket you as soon as you're out of the car. We paid for the parking and still have to pay the parking ticket.

You can pay for 30 minutes maximum then they will text you to renew every half hour. You cannot ever renew parking for more than 30 mins.
