Jacob with Mariner came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, and had everything fixed immediately upon the parts arriving. Super professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and advised me on what my home needed to run the most efficient. It’s hard to find reliable and responsive companies these days, but I’ll definitely be utilizing them for any and all future plumbing needs. Great service from start to finish!

Wonderful service helping to detect and treat a water leak. Personable, trustworthy, and highly competent. After another plumber said they were coming to help and never showed up, Jacob of Mariner came the next morning. He brought in a leak detection expert to test and was able to pinpoint and fix the underground leak for a fair price. Careful, excellent service. Mariner is now our go-to plumber.

Jacob did an incredible job cleaning out two slow shower drains for me at a reasonable price. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. He even alerted me to a gas leak which I didn’t even know I had- which I was able to get the city to come and fix for me. He also recommended a chemical for me to use to help keep my pipe drains clear in the future. This was my first time using Mariner Plumbing- but it definitely won’t be my last. I would not hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs.
