Can’t believe I’m rating a parking garage, but my experience was quite good! Came here for a Sunday Seahawks game - arrived 1.5hr before kickoff, parking was $70. traffic flow was excellent. Exit off of i5 on Edgar Martines Drive, police were directing traffic into the garage and went smooth. Exiting after the game was not hard, just a 10-15min delay waiting for the line to clear and a free right turn right into i5!

Entry and exit is right off Edgar Martinez way and is very convenient. Back in parking is requested, but makes getting out of your slot a breeze. I have never actually parked here for a Mariners game, but for other events and it doesn't seem to be too crowded or busy during maybe off peak times. I use the garage whenever it is convenient.

Very safe and easy to use for events at Showbox and T-Mobile. You will need to back into spots.

Parking was advertised as $70. The parking attended had a tablet he using to collect payment. I specifically asked him if it was the posted price without any additional fees, and he assured me it was. I continued to tap and pay with my card and there was no screen for me to look at and no receipt options. I continued to park and went on to the game. However, after the game I noticed an alert from my bank telling me I paid $84.25 for parking instead of the advertised $70. I called the stadium immediately just to be given an excuse that the additional charge was for taxes and fees, but no one could explain what those fees were. Honestly, this overcharged amount of $14.25 is making me feel like not coming back to the stadium for any future games period.

Easy in and out off of i-90 and Edgar Martinez boulevard. Only parked here once but it is very easy once you find a spot. You just need to back in and when you're ready to leave it's just pull into traffic. SPD does a great job of directing traffic and getting people out of the stadium quickly and on their way. Probably 15 minutes from the 4th floor to the exit during mass Exodus after a game
