I had discovered an active termite infestation in the wall directly above my kitchen sink and its window, and suspected similar infestations in my pool shed and elsewhere (e.g., the attic). I had reps from four different companies come, and most found the obvious termite locations, but Shawn, the rep from Mariners, found more than any of the other three and offered a competitive price for on-site extermination and wood repair without the need for tenting my house. He also identified several sites of termite damage to external roof eves (on a 2-story house) and locations of minor dry rot.
