Supposed to level the floor before installing plank vinyl, but didn’t level the floor; floor looks like a ski slope right in a high traffic area because not enough leveler was used. Then wants more money to fix it. Just didn’t do what they said would be done. Why pay someone when I have to end up redoing it yourself? Way to take care of an 80 year old lady. 👍
