I was preparing a house for sale and needed the roof replaced quickly and professionally, and Bob and his team delivered on every level. Bob came out to the house promptly, did a thorough assessment, clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and provided a reasonable quote. Once the job started, his roofing crew was efficient and highly professional, completing the work in a day and taking care to clean up any stray debris in the yard. The finished roof looks fantastic. I really don’t have the words to express my total gratitude about what Maritime did for me!!! I was in a position where I needed to get a few things done (in a hurry) to my house to renew my homeowners insurance and with my poor health I wasn’t able to do, they pulled through!! With that being said, I needed a new roof on my house (which recently started to leak) and my shed also gutters on my house. I also needed some paint work where it was pealing! We got 3 bids and chose Maritime Roofing. We knew once the old shingles came off that there would be damaged ship lap that would need replaced. Bob, the gentleman that quoted our project, was very careful to account for all the possibilities and was communicative throughout the inspection and quote. Once we agreed to move forward with Maritime, it was just three short weeks (including New Years and the holidays) before work started. The crew was very good about protecting our yard and pets from falling debris and cleaned up each day. In just 3 days, we had new plywood where we needed it and a very sharp looking new roof. Bob, the owner of a Maritime Roofing, was excellent to deal with from start to finish of our project. Maritime handled more than just roofing for us--our 1901 house needed extensive repairs to fascia, barge boards, and demolition of a crumbling old chimney. Bob also organised full exterior painting, replacement of our front door and a window, and other works. Bob's communication was absolutely impeccable throughout including through the few unexpected challenges that repairing an old building brought up. We're very grateful to him and his entire team for all their hard work that has absolutely rejuvenated our house.

I met with 5 different roofers for quotations and Bob from Maritime Roofing was the one I chose, he made the best recommendations for us and our needs, and his pricing was very reasonable compared to the others for the recommendations I received. It took a little while for us to obtain funding for the job, and Bob worked with us to meet our needs for scheduling. When the time came to install the roof the crew was very professional and quick. They kept the area neat and clean and did truly excellent on the small details that I know others could have missed. They are a great crew.
