I had a fantastic experience with Mark's Equipment Service. I needed my refrigerator fixed. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my fridge up and running in no time. Not only was the service efficient, but the technician was also friendly and courteous. The cost of the repair was reasonable, and they even provided some tips on how to maintain my fridge to prevent future issues. I highly recommend Mark's Equipment Service for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. They've earned a loyal customer in me!

I was referred by Hishizaki to them as a preferred service provider. DO NOT USE!!! Mark, the owner, is very difficult to do business with. The first indication of our problem was the price. He charged us $960 to "install" an ice machine. I had personally moved the ice machine to it's location, had the outlet wired and the plug on the machine wired. I also had the pipes for the system relocated to within a foot of the machine. All he had to do was connect the pipes and turn it on. For $900!!! Then, he told me (in very broken English), that my new water filters were not compatible and insisted on installing an old filter. When i finally got through to Hishizaki, they informed me that my filters were fine and would work well with the machine. I called Mark, but he refused to swap t

I have to probably ask Yelp to start a rating with Zero star.. Because ONE star is way too much for this... Since we were referred to by the manufacturer's website to use this company, we thought it would be at least decent. Right off the back, they were only interested in who will be responsible for payment if the warranty does not cover, even though we explained to them that this was a new machine with a 3 year all parts and labor. All he was interested was who would pay and they got real RUDE real fast. If he was the ONLY mechanic to fix my machines, I would rather leave it as is. Lucky for me, there were other much more polite and professional mechanics out there to choose from. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POS.
