Agree with others. They make it confusing on how to get the rate when staying a Hilton Gardens. We ended up paying $70 for 20 hours. There are much cheaper lots within two blocks. I would recommend you don't use this lot. Very cramped.

❌❌❌ They don’t post the parking rates at the entry. They blocked their sign with another advertisement leaving the customer clueless. I had to go all the way up to the entry gate to see if they have the prices posted there, but they also don’t have it posted there either. I pressed on the call button and some security person answered the phone and was already aggravated. I asked him how much is the parking rate he said I don’t know. I asked him to transfer me to someone who knows he said I don’t know and close the line. Horrible experience, never coming back there. 👎👎👎

Parked here on Sunday evening from about 6pm-9pm on May 27th we misplaced our ticket after we had paid for the parking at the self service payment booth. We got to the gate and couldn't get out so we hit the help button the man working the booth came out to assist us we explained to him we misplaced the ticket and had already paid and asked him what we need to do to leave. The man then yelled at us, threaten us, told us we were stupid and wouldn't let us out. He tied to get us to pay him $20 cash to open the gate and It wasn't until I threaten to call the police that he finally opened the gate and we were able to leave. Absolutely unacceptable behavior this man should not be employed and the management should be embarrassed.

Terrible place to park. Although it looks clean and new, they charge a different price than they advertise. Pay stations never work correctly. If you do have to park here don't use the pay station. Pay at the gate because you have a better chance of being charged the correct rate.
