Dirty, smelly and poorly managed. There is always an parking cop singling you out and waiting for your time to expire. Be careful that the city doesn't ticket you Early, which they have done. Its crumbling and unsafe to park in.
GPS takes you to the wrong street. Probably not their fault but someone has to take the hit. Entrance is tight. Unnecessarily tight. Drunk architect maybe?
Tight entrance, blind corners, no back in parking, BUT free on weekends (no overnight)
