Marlin Electrical Service

I have known Bill Hicks for thirty years now here in the Tallahassee area. I am a professional painter and carpenter and have been totally impressed with Bill's electrical work in many houses and businesses in the Tallahassee area. If I were to build a new house, I would hire Bill to do all of the electrical work. He is honest, dependable, and highly skillful in all that he does. ☺️

My realtor hired Marlin Electrical to do some work on my new home before I moved in. I suppose he did what he was paid to do. However, after I moved in, I noticed that my lights were constantly flickering, and that the entire house would dim when I plugged in my crockpot or toaster. Ok, fair enough, it's an old house with old wiring. I certainly can't blame Marlin Electrical for that. Anyhow, I decided to call Marlin Electrical back to see what could be done. After describing the situation, the response I got was, "Well, that's how old houses are." He didn't see a need to come out and take a look. Um, what? I agree, the age of my house/electrical was a large part of the problem, but does that really mean that it's safe? After some pressing, he agreed to come out and take a look,

Bill has been my only electrician for my work and home jobs for well over 15 years . He has always done jobs in a timely manner and gets it right the first time. I would recommend to anyone.
