Recently worked alongside them for a long renovation. One of the gentlemen, Darren, was extremely kind, worked really hard, and did everything he could to accommodate us. He was professional, fun, friendly, and a great dude. Would recommend them solely because of Darren.
I just talked on the phone to the receptionist concerning a job and after saying "I don't really know, bye", she hung up on me as I was mid-sentence. By far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Do not work with these people. They are uncommunicative and not knowledgeable - not to mention rude.
Kathy is EXTREMELY rude.
