Marreno Appliance repair has the worst customer service. As you can see by most of my reviews I usually post positive but this was the worst customer service I ever received. Had an appointment for 9 am yesterday (Saturday January 2) they did say the window was until noon but because we were a business depending on dryers the would get there close to 9 am. At 1230 I called and they had the tech call me. He was just finishing a job and would be to us by about 115. At 230 I called again she told me he had an issue with the truck and would be to me by 330. At 4 he finally arrived stayed literally 2 minutes mumbled something to the receptionist about calling me to let me know what was going on. Scheduled and paid for dryer repair. Moved my schedule around so that i would be present on Saturday. No one ever showed, and when I called to inquirie they told me no technicians work on the weekends. But they happily charged my card for services that were never rendered

I used Marreno Appliance Repair a year ago repair my RCA Oven. Everything was fine until recently when the same problem occurred. The oven wouldn't light. I called Marreno Appliance Repair to see if the work was possibly still covered under warranty and I was told that it was only covered for 90 days. I am a reasonable person and understand that warranties are usually discussed at the time of purchase so obviously this was my fault for not paying better attention. Given the fact that the work only lasted for a year I decided to call someone else to come and fix the oven this time. Here in lies my issue. This company serviced our kenmore washer/ dryer combo and it's working like new. They charged us reasonable amount. We will call them again for any repair needs.

Terrible company. I book an appointment with this company over a week ago. I stayed home for my appointment and noone showed up, when I called to see why I was greeted by a very rude lady who told me my appointment that I had for over a week was canceled with no notification. I would not recommend anyone else having to go through this
