Andrew and his crew at Marsh X did another fabulous job for us this summer. A number of years ago they filled in a large in ground pool and landscaped the property; this has been holding up beautifully. This summer we had them take out an old concrete retaining wall and stairs that were failing. They replaced it with a new block wall, wide stone stairs and enhanced it with a 25’ garden wall for a planting on a hillside. Their work was meticulous, communications fitting the project was great and they did a fabulous job cleaning up afterwards. I’d highly recommend Marsha X for sight work and landscape projects. Peter

Concord, MA Summer/Fall 2022 My wife and I decided to raze the home we recently purchased and build a new one in its place. Andrew and his crew have been responsible for the demolition of the existing structure, removal of the debris, excavation for the new foundation, installation of the interior and exterior drainage tile and radon collector, installation of the Glavel base, backfill, and rough grading. I am a retired engineer with very high workmanship standards and have monitored the work very carefully every day. To summarize: We could not be happier with the work. Andrew and his crew built our backyard pool and retaining walls, they did an amazing job. Before we started the project, Andrew spent time to listen to our ideas and discussed the pros and cons for different options. We actually adopt his suggestions on retaining walls around the pool, which is actually cheaper than what we were thinking to do.

Andrew and crew were great. Discussing the job Andrew had several pointers on how to stretch my dollar further. Had maybe 1/4 - 1/3 acre worth of big stumps cleared, area graded and a section with fabric and playground mulch put down. Response time was excellent, job was done well. Next project I’ll happily use Marsh X Development again.
