I would DEFINITELY LOOK ELSEWHERE to find a contractor. After speaking with the owner Carl Martin and explaining that the Roof repair they did was leaking they found every excuse in the book not to take responsibility for it. The repair was done 18 months ago and Carl explained that the 12 month warranty had expired and that they wouldn't be responsible for it. So if you want poor craftsmanship and a leaky roof right after the warranty expires then good luck with Martin Brothers Contracting. It costs $37,000 for the new roof and now its leaking and they don't want to know about it. Just save your money because you will have to hire another contractor after they finish.
