Martin Heat and Air

Always great service. Today within a couple hours of our call we had our air back up and running. I couldn’t be happier with our experience today and the last few years of using Martin heat and air. 10/10 recommend for sure.

Mr Martin is the absolute best. He was willing to come same day to fix our A/C in the hot August heat- not his fault I wasn’t going to be at home to let him in. His whole staff is professional. They are the only company we trust to work on our three systems. Update: still think they are great. Always come timely when called. Doesn’t make up problems, very honest

I can’t express how thankful I am for Jeremy Martin and his crew for this week. We had used another Heat and Air service for over 8 yrs and the past two times they were here we had issues. Monday Jeremy came and found our issue in a matter of minutes. He and his crew came back and took care of all our needs. Very very effective and confident! Then this morning we got up with a thermostat that was blank. We had just got a new one less than two yrs ago! With the weather turning colder we needed heat ( my husband and I are in our 70’s) I sent Jeremy a text and he came right over. He immediately realized it was not our thermostat-it was a fuse blown upstairs. But he said there had to be a reason- he kept working till he figured out we had a wire shorted out. Was no help to us. They came out 2 times, didn't fix the problem and then when we called they didn't answer. They new we need a whole new system and didn't want to do it I guess. So had to call someone else to fix it.
