I called Martin’s Roofing to speak with the owner, Jeremiah Dice, regarding a business matter. The woman who answered the phone, Samantha, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I was polite, provided my contact information, and simply asked to speak with the owner. Instead of handling the call professionally, she reacted defensively and treated me as if I had been disrespectful, which I was not. For a company that presents itself as a large, established operation, I expected a much higher level of professionalism — especially from someone representing the company on the phone. First impressions matter. Based on this experience alone, I would strongly suggest they improve how customer and business inquiries are handled.
