We just completed a large flooring project and we are extremely happy with the support and guidance from Jesill and her team. She worked with us every step of the way ! Then the install team was amazing. Bob and his crew had this big job done right on time and everything was perfect!

We had hardwood flooring that was installed before we purchased the house in 2017, which was a low grade of flooring. It chipped and splintered at the seams and had to be replaced. We went to Martin's Flooring on Columbia Ave. and met Jesille. She showed us many brands and styles of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. After taking a few samples home we selected a style from Cortex. She set up an installer who was very professional that took up the old hardwood and installed the new flooring in 5 days. Whenever we get visitors we get many compliments on the flooring and are very happy with the whole procedure from start to finish. Martin’s Flooring in Lancaster installed engineered hardwoods throughout our entire home to replace old builder grade laminate and carpet, and my wife and I could not be happier with the result. IT IS GORGEOUS!!! Bonnie, at the showroom, was super helpful and was willing to work with us on multiple revisions and requests my wife and I had before agreeing on a final plan, and Tony and his team that did the install were true professionals, clean, respectful, skilled, and the results truly showed all of this!
