Martins Pumping Service LLC

My appt was at 8:30 a.m. I showed up at 8:45 They said they came to my house and cleaned the septic. There was no sign of any ground dug where the septic is. Called the office to have them come show me where they dug. Mary in the office keeps me back and forth phone tagging as if she can’t get ahold of Dale or Larry. They are use to scamming people together so it wasn’t a problem for her to threaten me to pay. Don’t use them. You will be the next victim.

Horrible horrible company. We called to get our sewer line replaced, they claim was not “broken”. That our distribution box was?? So they “fixed” what was broken.. yes we agreed to do so not knowing that they themselves may have been the ones who broke it. Driving an excavator right on top of it. They are now charging us triple the cost. The “supervisor” was very rude and kept arguing with me as if she was physically here working on it. She claimed they didnt finish the job because of the “rain”, yet they havent came back. And wont because we havent paid the 2,090. Why would i pay for something thats incomplete??

Fast response. Excellent customer service. They came to my rescue on a Saturday morning. They were professional and kind and quickly resolved the issue. They were true gentlemen and not at all phased by toddler wanting to be part of every conversation. Can't thank them enough!

Worst company to ever go with. If I could give no stars I would. We were selling our house and we got a quote from a different company, but the buyers decided to go with Martins. Martins came and did the inspection and said our septic needed to be pumped 2 times and needed some parts to be replaced. Come the day of closing martins is there “fixing“ the problem that ended up not being the problem. What we were quoted by the other company ended up being issue. Why did Martins not find the correct issue when doing the inspection to begin with and then try and replace something that wasn’t even broken? I guess they are just trying to get more money out of people. With them being so cheap it’s easy for them to screw people over. Their lack of knowledge and almost cost us to not be able to close

Mary and everyone I worked with at Martins was excellent. They were out same day even though they were busy and answered my questions with patience. They were honest and explained everything that they saw wonderfully. We were prepared to do a replacement of our septic tanks that another company told us we needed and they came out and explained why that was not needed and worked very well with us. We've recommended to our realtor and she will be using them moving forward and we will continue to recommend. Thanks for everything!
