Pump went out early Monday morning. Lance sent his son with over 300’ of pipe, a new pump, a new pressure switch and all fittings and wiring necessary to resolve the problem. He arrived about 9:30 a.m. and worked through to about 5:30 p.m. The water system is better than it’s ever been. Highly recommended.

5-Star, will use Martin's in the future. Had a well fail a county inspection, even after we had bleached it. The bank required a licensed contractor. He came out the same week, despite single digit temps. His fee was more than fair, and we just got the re-test results and passed with flying colors (not rainbow colors but red, white, and blue)! Thanks for not trying to scam us like some do.

Lance is hands down the best. He worked multiple days in a row in the 90 plus degree heat and did not miss. He was up front and honest with everything. He answered any question I had and even answered my father's questions about his well down the road. Lance offered any help he could offer. Great communication and service. He promised water and I got more than plenty of it. Lance was also working while my oldest kids were here alone. Trust him completely.

They were great! We thought we were having issues with the well for our new house, but turns out we were actually just fine. They took the time to explain our well, the pump, expansion tank, the switch and even explained we should check out water softener instead. They were quick to come out and do an inspection, had awesome communication, and fair with pricing for a last minute call. Next time we have an actual real issue, will definitely work with them.
