Maschmeyer Concrete - Taft Plant

Truck 647 from Maschmeyer pulls up behind my pump and starts rotating his drum. He then exits his truck and proceeds to spray it with water. We waited a minute for him to climb back into his truck and he still doesn’t put concrete into my hopper so I proceed with doing my job and start pumping a few strokes to get him to put some mud in my hopper. The mud splashed on his truck and he climbed from the cab and washed his truck again instead of putting concrete into the hopper that his job states to do. He then jumps from his truck telling me that he needs to clean his truck now. I tell him to get in his truck and put mud in the hopper that’s his only job to deliver concrete. He then cleans his truck gets back in his truck and still doesn’t pump concrete in hopper. I start pumping to let him

Terrible service, maschmeyer take 10 hours to delivery 80 yards the mud for 1 slab .and truck drivers take 40 minutes watching the truck on concrete wach out . Bad service terrible company to get mud from
