I would like to start this review by saying the only reason there is one star is because there is no zero star option. I went to go pick up a pallet of brick from masonry products and the man on the fork lift was running all over the place at Mach 10. The forklift operator loaded the pallet of brick onto my truck in a huge rush and with very careless driving. In his big rush he runs into the side of my truck bending my fender to pieces. So I go into the store and find the manager and the first thing the manager says is “loading is a courtesy”…..not much of a courtesy to mess up a fender is it? After that conversation long story short is they say they have me on video guiding in the forklift and that it is my fault when that is not the case at all. Terrible customer service!!! They underestimated the amount of bricks needed by two thousand bricks and used every excuse in the book to say it wasn’t there fault. Then they shorted us on window ledges and I had to take a day off work to go pick up more ledges. Then we returned a bundle of bricks about 8 months ago and still never got a refund for it. Not satisfied with this company at all. Don’t do business with them!!

Super helpful and knowledgeable! I needed replacement parts and logs for my NG fireplace and the options were great!
